This will take place on the 7th of August 2026. \nBelow is the RSVP form for you to fill in and pay for your ticket to secure a spot for you and your guests.\ n \;\n\n\n\n        \n\n \;\n\n\n\n \;\n\nPlease make sure to read all the details and information carefully before making your book ing.\n\nDetails of the Event:\n\n When: 7th August\n Opening time: 5pm\n Ceremony: 6pm to 7pm\n Event end: 7pm\n Where: Library at the Docks 10 7 Victoria Harbour Promenade\, Docklands VIC 3008 (Google maps Link)\n Ti cket price: $50 per person\n All guests must be over 13 years old.\n Dre ss code of Semi formal wear\n\nPlease note that no food or outside drink i s allowed in this venue due to their policy\, and we therefore encourage y ou to make additional dinner plans.\n\nAdditionally\, we are thinking of p ossibly running an after party after graduation. (7:45pm onwards) This wou ld be held at Docklands Kitchen Campus and would have some drinks and ligh t finger food. More details will come closer to the event.\n\nBelow you ca n fill in the form for you and your guests to purchase tickets. Please not e that the venue has a capacity limit of 120 attendees\, so it is advised you book your tickets quickly to secure your spot.\n\nAll ticketed attende es will receive a wristband. Anyone with a wrist band may enter the ceremo ny room.\n\nAs we have had some requests for additional guests\, we will b e allowing time between 5pm and 5:50pm for students to take pictures with their gowns outside of the venue. Additional guests who do not have a wris t band will not be able to enter the ceremony room but may still take pict ures outside and stay in the public Library space until public closing at 6pm. (The ceremony will end at 7pm)\n\nThe Docklands Library venue has a p ark and the waterfront view which makes for great photos\, especially near sunset.\n\nPlease note that public access to the library will be closed f rom 6pm onwards. One person can purchase a ti cket on behalf of others but must write their full name in the transaction details.\n\nOnce payment has been sent\, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you if you have successfully booked your tickets.\n\nIf yo u would like to book tickets for the ceremony for more than 2 guests\, ple ase email us at hello@amca.edu.au and we can add them to the waitlist for you.\n\nRefunds are available up to two weeks before the event (25th July) after which all purchases will be final.\n\n\n\nFAQ\nCan I bring more tha n 2 guests?\n\nAt this point in time\, we can only allow 2 guests per pers on. However\, we can put your name down on a waitlist and we will contact you if we have more spots closer to the event.\n\nYou are also welcome to bring more than 2 guests to take pictures with outside of the library\, su ch as the park and the waterfront view.\n\nI have guests under 13 years ol d\, will they be able to attend?\n\nUnfortunately\, we won’t be allowing any guests under 13 to enter the ceremony room. However\, they may still come to the venue and take pictures outside with a parent or guardian.\n\n I’m unsure if I have guests arriving\, can I book my tickets later?\n\nA s the venue has limited capacity\, we ask that you book and pay to secure your spot as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the admission team has reviewed your submission and received payment for t he tickets.\n\nYou can also book your tickets then request for a refund if your guests are unable to make it. Please notify us ASAP if your guests a re unable to come\, as refunds will no longer be available once it reaches 2 weeks before the event.\n\nCan I borrow the gown to take pictures and r eturn at a later date?\n\nYes\, if you’d like to borrow a set of the AMC A graduation gowns\, you can do so with a $50 cash bond on the day. You ca n then let us know when you will return it back to campus and we will refu nd you the $50 cash bond.\n\nI cannot attend this graduation/I was unable to book in time. Is there any way I can still have a graduation ceremony?\ n\nIf you are unable to attend this graduation\, you can email us to ask t o be notified to be included in the next round’s graduation so that you can attend the next round later in the year\, or can email us ahead of tim e to have your photo taken on campus with a gown and certificate with your trainer.
