We are excited to invite you to AMCA’s graduation! This will take place on the 7th of August 2026.

Below is the RSVP form for you to fill in and pay for your ticket to secure a spot for you and your guests.

 

       

 

 

Please make sure to read all the details and information carefully before making your booking.

Details of the Event:

  • When: 7th August
  • Opening time: 5pm
  • Ceremony: 6pm to 7pm
  • Event end: 7pm
  • Where: Library at the Docks 107 Victoria Harbour Promenade, Docklands VIC 3008 (Google maps Link)
  • Ticket price: $50 per person
  • All guests must be over 13 years old.
  • Dress code of Semi formal wear

Please note that no food or outside drink is allowed in this venue due to their policy, and we therefore encourage you to make additional dinner plans.

Additionally, we are thinking of possibly running an after party after graduation. (7:45pm onwards) This would be held at Docklands Kitchen Campus and would have some drinks and light finger food. More details will come closer to the event.

Below you can fill in the form for you and your guests to purchase tickets. Please note that the venue has a capacity limit of 120 attendees, so it is advised you book your tickets quickly to secure your spot.

All ticketed attendees will receive a wristband. Anyone with a wrist band may enter the ceremony room.

As we have had some requests for additional guests, we will be allowing time between 5pm and 5:50pm for students to take pictures with their gowns outside of the venue. Additional guests who do not have a wrist band will not be able to enter the ceremony room but may still take pictures outside and stay in the public Library space until public closing at 6pm. (The ceremony will end at 7pm)

The Docklands Library venue has a park and the waterfront view which makes for great photos, especially near sunset.

Please note that public access to the library will be closed from 6pm onwards. All students and ticketed guests are expected to be back at 5:50pm to prepare for the ceremony.

All purchases will be made via bank transfer. One person can purchase a ticket on behalf of others but must write their full name in the transaction details.

Once payment has been sent, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you if you have successfully booked your tickets.

If you would like to book tickets for the ceremony for more than 2 guests, please email us at hello@amca.edu.au and we can add them to the waitlist for you.

Refunds are available up to two weeks before the event (25th July) after which all purchases will be final.


FAQ

Can I bring more than 2 guests?

At this point in time, we can only allow 2 guests per person. However, we can put your name down on a waitlist and we will contact you if we have more spots closer to the event.

You are also welcome to bring more than 2 guests to take pictures with outside of the library, such as the park and the waterfront view.

I have guests under 13 years old, will they be able to attend?

Unfortunately, we won’t be allowing any guests under 13 to enter the ceremony room. However, they may still come to the venue and take pictures outside with a parent or guardian.

I’m unsure if I have guests arriving, can I book my tickets later?

As the venue has limited capacity, we ask that you book and pay to secure your spot as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the admission team has reviewed your submission and received payment for the tickets.

You can also book your tickets then request for a refund if your guests are unable to make it. Please notify us ASAP if your guests are unable to come, as refunds will no longer be available once it reaches 2 weeks before the event.

Can I borrow the gown to take pictures and return at a later date?

Yes, if you’d like to borrow a set of the AMCA graduation gowns, you can do so with a $50 cash bond on the day. You can then let us know when you will return it back to campus and we will refund you the $50 cash bond.

I cannot attend this graduation/I was unable to book in time. Is there any way I can still have a graduation ceremony?

If you are unable to attend this graduation, you can email us to ask to be notified to be included in the next round’s graduation so that you can attend the next round later in the year, or can email us ahead of time to have your photo taken on campus with a gown and certificate with your trainer. You are welcome to bring a guest or two as well.
